Every briefing request is reviewed personally by Kutlwano within five business days. We assess whether the challenge is within our capability and whether there is a genuine basis for engagement.

If we see a fit, we schedule a confidential briefing — typically 60 minutes — with the relevant board members or executive team. No sales presentation. A genuine diagnostic conversation.

Proposal & collective assembly

If there is agreement to proceed, we design the engagement structure and assemble the purpose-built collective for your specific institutional challenge.

Engagement begins

We work on a retained, outcome-based basis. Board-ready deliverables. Clinical precision. Fiduciary accountability at every stage.
